Letting someone into your home is not a small thing. Most companies in this business are named after what they do. We named ours after how it is supposed to be done.
A house cleaned off a checklist is a service. A house cleaned con amor is something else — and that is not decoration on a name, it is the instruction.
Questions people ask
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of clients leave a code or a key. Whatever you are comfortable with.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes — everything, included in the price. If you'd rather we use your products, just say so.
What if I am not happy with it?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it. That is the whole policy.
Is the price really flat?
Yes. The number we quote is the number you pay, unless you add services after we have started.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Usually a few days. Call us for same-week — we can often work it out.
Why "Con" and not "Com"?
Con is Spanish. Com is Portuguese. We chose the name carefully, and that is the kind of thing we notice.
Do you only clean houses?
No. Houses are where we started, but we also do vacation rental turnovers and larger estates. Tell us what you have and we will price it.
